What is the best way for someone to start their autobiography?

Should it start at the beginning? Should i tell a horrible life changing story? should i start with my impressions of the world as a whole?

@Hanginginthere I agree that one should start at the beginning. It seems that a lot of movies/books tend to start at the end, then they proceed to jump around. In doing so, they make it confusing for the person trying to get their head around the gist of the story.

@Hanginginthere i actually did begin. but i don't know what to start the actual book with. a harrowing story?...a tearful story ?

@cinsac i agree with that...but sometimes at the beginning, if you start at the earliest point, it is kinda dull. but if i start with the most violent story at the beginning....would that make it easier to lure people in?
