Well I can't help you with nine of them but perhaps with ONE I can advise you how to deal with it.

If you speak with your doctor you can stop having periods by taking birth control pills - INCLUDING during your period - not the placebo pills normally used then and your period can be postponed to when you wish to have one - perhaps once a year if you choose to do it this way - it is like a secret that no one tells you that you can actually control when you get periods. The other way is the hormonal IUD or a hormonal insert or patch.
