The human void.

Each and every one of us is born with a void inside. When were newborns we expressed it explicitly. We demanded the void be filled if our caregiver didn't do that automatically. We needed to be fed, clothed, cleaned, entertained, protected, comforted, and most importantly emotionally connected to our caregiver. Then as we grow up we are taught over time to depend on ourselves to fill the void. Once we mature a bit, a new kind of void emerges, a spiritual one. That kind of void is the most subtle yet the most profound. For me personally praying to God helps a lot. On the other hand I keep feeling the physical realm void -the one that requires actions- not being fulfilled. Somehow, I struggle to groom myself, stand up for myself, and to emotionally connect, especially to my family. It hurts!

They're missing puzzle pieces, life is the journey to find what works and fits best. (Ideally not losing any other pieces along the way)

As you put it we were all 100% dependant on another, our first steps were laughable, shaking and wobbling the whole way.

After repetition and determination we built up those skills and muscles...doesnt mean we don't still fall on occasion even now.

Im sure you have your issues, but we all do. Step one know where you shake and wobble, and keep trying. The goal isnt perfection, just improvement.
