i fell head over heels in love this week!! good bye baking soda and hello borax!! and zote bar soap!!

ive never liked the added fragrance to cleaning products and laundry soaps. i also hate the chemical oily film left when done cleaning. i hate using a towel once and it smelling awful so quickly. i always added baking soda to laundry which prevents this from happening. a few days ago shopping i found a bar of soap sitting eye level on the wrong shelf out of place. curious i purchased it and an old friend all grandparents kept handy in the farmhouse...BORAX. i used my grandmother's knuckle-busting grate to shred the bar soap into flakes and added scoop of borax to the laundry. immediately my whole house smelled pure CLEAN just like the homeplace did!! the laundry was soooo soft!! inspired i also wiped down the entire kitchen and bathroom using borax and zote. for decades i have worn steel toe boots at work, leaving my toenails thick and yellow. each year they would break off before fully growing back again. NOTHING ever worked to fix this until now. after the gardening yesterday evening i took a hot soaking bath and noticed my toenails once again looked completely normal and healthy!! Borax is made of a natural element called boron which has many health benefits. i add a pinch to a warm drink last several mornings, it has a sweet taste. next test will be my basement wall which stays damp near footing. borax has an endless list of uses!! even keeping concrete clean and insects out of home.
