Is it possible that you dont have any real inherent talent at anything?

Some people do not seem to specialize in anything. They dont have that one thing that stands out and distinguishes them. They are not the IT guy or the chick who can cook or that person with a head for numbers. They cant play a musical instrument or give a good speech.
They are not excessively bad at any one thing but they are not especially good at anything

Talent is a pretty overrated trait. Real passion for something and proof of real skills is usually what makes people to stand out. So I'd say a lack of talent isn't as much a problem as a lack of interest/passion and a lack of knowledge/skills in anything.
