how to not care what people think

i admit, i do care to a degree, because i want people to see the reality of who i am, to not think stuff that is imaginary or false, and i keep attempting not to care what people think, but i find it hard to, especially if in a situation where you think someone thinks things about you which is untrue? - i mean, how do you not care about that?

It's fine to care about misrepresentation, just not out of proportion to other things.

@Alyosha what do you mean by that? because i never used the word 'misrepresentation', and what kind of name is ' Alyosha ' anyhow.

@durinsBane1983 Misrepresentation is what you get when the idea of something doesn't match up with what the thing is. Like I said, it's normal to care about it. Being misrepresented can hurt.
