The first one was closing down my business and moving to Florida to take care of my dad who had cancer. I closed it five to six years before I had planned on knowing it would hurt my retirement.
@TexChik Oh sure! Residential construction. 🙂 New house's, additions and remodeling. The last 10 years though I just did remodeling. I didn't want the big jobs anymore.
