As RosaMarie said, "incels" are "involutary celibates". They consider themselves unable to attract women sexually because "we don't have the money" "we don't look good enough" etc. They are organized in online groups where they gather to express their hatred of women.
Not wanting to be in a relationship is just your own free decision, however temporary, and it doesn't make you an incel.

Incel behavior is to want to be in a relationship, be unhappy about being single, and blame women for why you're single. Based on this post, you seem ok with your choice to be single. I'd say that rules you out.

That is definitely not "incel" behavior. The term means "involuntary celibate."
