It took me some time to realize that my emotions are my greatest gift!
There was a time I used to hate how soft my heart was. I thought caring too much, forgiving too easily, and feeling everything so deeply made me weak.
But I’ve grown. And now I see it differently.
My heart isn’t a flaw, it’s a gift.
I’m grateful that I love hard, that I feel compassion, that I can still show kindness even when it isn’t returned. In a world that can be cold, I’m thankful mine isn’t.
I truly believe the way we love people matters. The way we treat others when no one is watching matters. And I have peace knowing that the heart I have — the one I once questioned — is the same heart that’s guiding me toward heaven. 🤍
