hi all....Stupid question but I can't find the answer anywhere...It says that you can cancel a gift if it's wrapped for over 30 days.....but how do you do that?????

if you read the return policy on page 487 at the bottom of Section 129, paragraph 11, subsection 6, paragraph 7, line 9, you need the original receipt and packing material, you can get a full refund, as long as you have a picture ID
