Day is about done. Went for an oncologist visit early this morning. Got out of there in time to go to the discount store when it opened, stayed for an hour. It was $2 day and I found some good bargains, bought 20 items. Then went to an International Grocery Market and bought 12 cans of coconut milk, some green dill, a large bundle of spearmint, and a green coconut. Then drove down the road to a health food store and bought a bag of deep purple Japanese sweet potatoes to make smoothies with. Drove a few miles south to a Winco store and bought a few items to cook with. Then last to Walmart. Got home about 1:30…ate lunch (leftovers) and rested for a couple hours till it was time to get up and cook, made chicken & lentils and a huge salad for dinner. Also cleaned up the birds cages. Now sitting and resting for awhile and then will clean up the kitchen. I have had a full day.

@Musicman Good, I rested a couple hours and got up and started doing chores and cooking. I have shopped like this 3 times in the past 9 days and always bounce back. The boy keeps offering to shop for me so I don’t have to get out. Sometimes I let him do it especially if it’s just for up to a few things. Also told him sometimes if I order online he can drive over and pick the things up for me and bring them home, that would help a lot. My hair has just started shedding more than before so I may be bald in a couple of months. I really don’t want to go out like that if I don’t have to. I have a lot of hats but only go when necessary.

@Musicman Yeah but it felt so fake I couldn’t bring myself to wear them. I will donate them to a charity for cancer patients for wigs. If I was young I’d get a hat with hair like some I’ve seen wear. They look good on young women. Just has a little bit of hair attached and looks more natural than a wig. Some have a ponytail in the back too.
