Please tell me this isnt just me - but as a single adult with no kids, does the average person in that sit have too much free time with nothing to do?

Other than work, it just seems like i always have nothing to do. I guess it feels nice in terms of a sense of freedom, but it gets boring, and you kinda feel unimportant and lonely

I’d say that would vary dramatically from person to person. Some keep incredibly busy with family, friends, interests, hobbies, passions while others fall on the opposite end of the spectrum as you’ve described.
