Noah Elkrief has some great self-help videos that are free to watch and he's the best and known worldwide. He has changed many people's lives. You might want to check him out. He has tons and tons of different subjects on anything you need help with.
You know AI really has no opinion, it can't have an opinion. It's just a bunch of wires with advanced algorithms that piggybacks knowledge already written and expressed. People can be like that, but at least their "opinion" comes from being able to form one.
@ToLivePeacefully That's a sad take I can't quite agree with. Most I meet are very thoughtful and kind, and the "neurons" it took them to become a whole person is real.
I mean, I once had my doctor cracking up in humour from how I told a story to him. On the way out from the appointment, I had to guide him, what I said in your office to you comes with doctor-patient privilege and your secretary doesn't need to know.
