What emotion do you hide the most, and why does it feel safer to bury it?

Mine is worry. I hide it so that other people in my life don't feed off of it. Only one of us should have to endure it. I know that it's a self-inflicted emotion, but it's how my mind works some times. It'll probably send me to an early grave (gulp).
