when bodily imperfections get you down what should you do

from time to time i get down about my bodily imperfections/ disfigurements....my two thumbnails that have grown back disfigured because i used to bite them a lot due to bad nerves...my little finger on my left hand that is bent/ crooked at the end due to a violent accident i had a long time ago......no surgery can fix it when i saw a consultant, this is what he told me.

also, when i don't shave and have growth on my face, i look really bad, i don't suit facial growth and stubble so i'm constantly having to shave all the time.

how can i live with these problems?

be thankful for what you do have thats good in your eyes. be thankful you have all your fingers and limbs. so what if theyre a little "messed up". most people arent going to single out your perceived imperfections when dealing with you. youre a whole package not just a little single body part. as far as shaving just set up a routine where you shave everyday and it will be like no effort hardly. always stock good shaving cream and keep up with new razors if you can afford it to make it more pleasant an experience.
