Think about the purpose of that statement.

How to let Go of what no longer serves you.

Now ask what type of person does exactly that?

Sounds extremely anti social to me.

The well rounded person doesn't exclude anyone.

There's a difference between excluding and recognition. And often a well rounded person will know how to use the recognition.

Hence the word diplomat.

@Jenny1234 the statement is self explanatory.

How to remove people in your life is just that. Whether they so called use you or not is still removing people from your life.

A friendship usually is a give and take. And if you are not taking you're not doing it right.

The first rule of diplomacy is to not cut off lines of communication.

It's the opposite of the very subject.

And if that is not what the video is about then it's not titled right.
