can people somehow see if you are 'unsure' of yourself

i often get unsure of myself in public due to lack of self confidence and i worry people can tell, can somehow see it?

it makes me very frustrated this problem as i like to be control of things....can people see that?

It's more obvious when someone with no self-confidence tries to pretend they do. Just be yourself and learn from it.
