I might get a tattoo next month. Am I too old?

I’ll turn 56 in January. I’ve never wanted a tattoo before but I think I want to do it.

Am I too old?

If the tattoo will have special meaning for you, of course do it. You’re not too old.

I’m going to get one once I’m good enough to stick fight (Kali) at a specific “gathering”. That’ll be my “reward” for years of training. I’m 64.

@Jenny1234 No. Kali is a martial art that focuses on fighting with 28” hardened rattan sticks. There’s a lot of knife training too, but that’s rarely done with live blades.
