I might get a tattoo next month. Am I too old?

I’ll turn 56 in January. I’ve never wanted a tattoo before but I think I want to do it.

There is a knife company called ESEE knives, located in Gallant, alabama. Their mascot is the bullet ant. I am planning on having their company logo (bullet ant) tattooed on my right forearm. I just have to decide how big I want it.
