How many times have you rebuilt yourself?

I'm honestly very young but I've rebuilt myself so many times that I don't recognize who I even was a year ago. I wonder if this is normal and that's just how we naturally respond to life and its hurdles.

I feel that. Kinda seems like I've had to start over countless times. It's just non-stop. At this point I don't even react I just roll with it
