I got a reply to a thread I started that I can't see

If I block them, they can't see my post to reply. Did they reply and then block me? I'm not understanding what is happening.

I'm not sure but I've gotten say three reactions before but when I click on to see who they're from, it only shows me two so I'm sorry I'm of no help to you :(
