How To De-Fog A Window

Staying in a camper van, and the advice on the internet doesn't apply to my situation. My body puts off alot of moisture and bodyheat (more than the average person) and my van's front window ONLY fogs up, rest do now, and it is the farthest from my head, and typically lower than the rest of the van (hence why I sleep with my head to the rear when I park, I usually pull into something with a downward slope to it).

So in the morning when I run the defrost, nothing happens. When I wipe the outside, it slightly clears up. Then when I wipe the inside, it again slightly clears up- the problem is apparently inside the windshield itself, where I cannot wipe. And yes, I sleep with four windows cracked (will not in the window).

Whenever I have driven in the past, prior to this van, my body would fog up the passenger side of the car in the winter. If a passenger, the passenger side.

I recall trying a windshield fluid that was a defogger, but it didn't do much when I applied it.

On the internet it is mostly bad advice (stuff I already do). Only thing I haven't tried is the vinegar and water combo.

If I work the early shift, I have no way of making my windshield drivable. Can't wipe it off, I eventually give up and start driving as soon as I can make some things out through the windshield. Not safe.

Is your vehicle equipped with Air Conditioning....?

AC acts as a dehumidifier.
@Threepio It is. But the issue is, it gets foggy on the inner layers of the windshield, I can wipe inside and outside and it stays foggy. I'll try air conditioning next time though, why not.
