Sad Times For This Fitness Bunny

As some of you may or may not know...I am a bit of a workout babe. I tend to get up, do a workout in the morning - usually with my little sister on a Zoom Call - and then get my day started.

Fine. Lovely.

Preferential workouts have been the BeachBody ones, specifically Shaun T - the super trainer - and his 'Insanity : The Asylum' - Volumes I & II - workout systems. Done 'em for years. Love them. Need a bit of kit - jump rope, agility ladder, dumbbells, resistance bands, pull-up bar - and you're good to go.

It's all sports drills, athletic performance stuff.

Well, Friday...I badly twisted my ankle! So....no workouts! No work! No walking!

Just me and a crutch.

😢

I will get better though..
