Hello you all, today's theme is, how to keep one's confidence high ?

Lately I'm running low.. I am so much.. yet I shrink at a corner ! It takes a comment to make me doubt.
It's not working this way and I know it.

The power of words both written and said is a powerful thing. The only defense against negative words is to appreciate and love who you are. <3

I know it can be tough, I have those scars too. I try to remind myself daily that it's okay to not be perfect.

@Samek yes. Years ago I would just follow where my heart beats and not listen to anyone.
Nowadays it's hard, they get on me, their words.
I want that invulnerability back now.
