a really good read would be Grant, The Biography or Truman. long but worth it
@akindheart In San Francisco I was reading a multi-volumn of Woodrow Wilson (was a massive number of volumns). He was talking about having a United Nations back in the 1800s. Not a League of Nations, a United Nations. Was weird reading it sitting in UN Square where the library was (where the UN Charter was eventually signed, establishing the UN).

@Dignaga WOW...impressive. Grant is from Ohio. i just admired the guy and Truman is my favorite president even though he is a democrat. that man had balls. one of the best of the best.
@akindheart If asked who my favorite US President is I say President St. Clair just to mess with people. He was one of the presidents prior to George Washington in the Continental Congress. St. Clairesville, Ohio is named after him.
