Do u think it’s because of me

I was at the store & I saw this girl from high school that I haven’t seen in a long time. When I got to the store I was smiling & talking to my friend I looked over & I saw her at the store. But now she hasn’t been posting any Instagram stories. Just sometimes she post on her Instagram story. Do you think it’s because of me?
