What does this mean?

she wants to talk and post a lot, but also wants to delete everything and not be Online too, just be someone that isn't Known so much, just thought of from time to time

I did that a lot. In my case, it was trust issues. What people know about you, they often try to use against you. Still having the urge to talk with people though.
Maybe it’s different for her, but that’s the reasoning I think of.
