Tell me a way to be happy again 🙂

@Bleak I want to be happy but the old wounds hurt and I find them affecting my present and the near future. It is like a circle of pain.

@sam1992 you can be happy and still healing. Keep on doing the work and keep on smiling.

@sam1992 :) A year ago I met someone and he said "I bring joy whenever I go!" At that point I felt so sorrowful because I compared myself to him and I felt a sad being.
But the sentence stuck with me and slowly but steadily began to claim it... I say to myself and I believe it too nowadays that I'm a joyous person. Apart from the mistakes and life's messy-ness.
It's very important to shift your language too as you're shifting yourself...:))
