I feel like my attitude is getting worse

People change with time and life experience. The world has become a more challenging place and I can imagine that bitterness from past negative experiences or situations has led that you did change the way you perceive things and people around you.

Bitterness is the first step towards a downward spiral and you need to give yourself a kick to wake up and not let yourself become even more bitter. That would lead you to also become mean.

Have anything major in your life change? Do you feel more stress, anxiety, depressed? Are you socializing/working more with negative people then positive?

It's the same for me kinda.

Time changes us. Maybe situations do too. I push everyone away now. I feel more secure that way.

You've experienced life, but you still possess some of that sweetness—you've just grown wiser about who you give it to.

I went through the same thing. I used to be like that and I really don't know how to be that person again

People change. Life can be hard and change your perspectives.

I'm not sweet anymore either.

Disappointments.
Some level of depression.
Loss of hope.

Something along those lines.

Don’t give up hope

It’s what happens when we get older. I think it started for me around 28 and every year I was putting up with less and less shit and worrying less and less about other people and more about myself and my happiness

Can or could it be not having strict discipline and punishments ??
