What you use also uses you

Be conscious of who and what you use in your life. I don’t like the way it sounds, to use someone but there are people in my life where we use each other and the more aware I am that I am doing it the more I see how bad it feels. I don’t mean to do it but I’ve justified it by thinking we both got something out of it. This could also apply to things, some things require a lot of effort and maintenance to use so you’re giving energy to it but if the trade off is worth it it makes sense to expend that energy
