What is something fun and exciting you would like to have, but absolutely don't need?

@Musicman I had a wonderful Yamaha FG-300 acoustic for about 30 years. I wish I could have it back. I can't play well anymore but it would be nice to pick it up and strum every now and then. I don't care what brand just as long as it's professional quality.

@Musicman I found an Epiphone acoustic with a broken neck in a trash can last year. Probably not worth having fixed but I might.

@hunkalove How much would it cost to have fixed vs buying a new one?

@Musicman I called a place and asked how much it would cost to replace the neck and the guy said to bring it in. I'm guessing about $300.

@hunkalove Couldn't you buy a new one for that?

@hunkalove Noooooo! Definitely not acoustic. You can have a nice one for $300 to $600.
