Is there any truth to the "you are what you attract" phrase?

All i attract are crazy men, does that make me crazy too? 😳

Not necessarily you are what you attract. But you might subconsciously be attracted to things like familiarity (even if negative) someone who's similar to a role figure in your life, or someone who's completely different from yourself because you want new experiences and thrill.
