Step 2 - don't sit/lay back down for a specific time (set a timer..maybe 30-40 mins)
100% you will find new ideas about what to do up and walking around the house.
Step 3 - Why not just go out for a walk to some new place you've never seen... maybe a city or block nearby having some cool event going on or some attraction - it always brings new ideas.
Step 4 - How about incorporating a a weekly or bi-weekly class/activity that makes you move (swimming, dancing, speed-walking, skiing, bowling, maybe golf etc...)
Step 5 - ask your friends what they are up to .. maybe go hiking/sight-seeing together?
