Fake it until you make it

I feel like I am doing this everyday lately. This sinus infection is really raging again on top of all my other chronic pain that I deal with daily.

I can’t wait to start the IV antibiotics again and get rid of this so I can get back to my regular crappy self 🤣.

I have some appointments today so I decided to cover up the tiredness and look presentable. I am going on 3.5 hours of sleep. I hope you all have a great day 💖.

@SW-User I have such crappy luck. On Monday night I noticed my right leg was very swollen, I had pitting, numbness, discolouration and pain.

I found out yesterday that I have a blood clot in my leg. I got started on blood thinners.

@SW-User Yes I am on blood thinners and I caught it very early because I knew the signs of a blood clot.
