I didn't say anything inferring to those portions of being a homemaker I'm talking about the idealistic kind for the husband provides the home and the woman makes the house into a home and cares for the children. The rest of what you speak is well life everything in life sucks.

Are you saying domestic violence is life? Because you need to stop blowing that off like it’s no big deal. It was a serious issue.
Because being a woman with no career and education doesn’t benefit us. It leaves us trapped with no options if the relationship goes bad. @dale74

@666Maggotz no never did domestic violence should never happen. And having been in law enforcement it actually goes both ways quite often. All i was saying is you were talking about how bad life has always been and i agree with that. What i am saying is no matter what people are not happy. I know of women Who are about the same age as me Who hate the fact that they gave up family to pursue education in a career and now would give it all up just for children and a family.

@dale74 at least now they have the CHOICE. I would rather make a choice on my own and regret it than never getting that option.
