I suffer the first three days with it being heavy and I have to wear a whole brief pad to avoid leakage. Ugh 😑

@SW-User it is crazy how much it messes with you. I was really stressed as my period just never seemed to be on time. So when I first got the app I was irregular at a cycle of 45 days or something but now the wondering and stress of it has gone, I now have a regular cycle. It just shows how much your brain wants to destroy your body sometimes and vice versa
