I have friends, I don’t struggle at all with making friends, I’m very friendly, easy to approach.
I think being in an abusive relationship made me more likely to isolate myself, coping mechanism I think. 😞

@SW-User I fall alone, as well and always have. I don't often open up to people whether I'm struggling or not. So often, it's not worth the consequences. So, I tend to isolate a lot, too.

It’s because as children we had to cope alone, it’s a coping mechanism from childhood Trauma, we didn’t get the support we needed.
