Does it make me a bad person if I don't want to help people who don't want to help themselves?

Like if you're struggling financially and I give you money and you go and spend it on drugs then that tells me you're not really serious about getting your life together. That and then you don't appreciate other people's help either. That's a piece of shit in my opinion. You can get your own money then. Maybe stop spending it on drugs ? Get a job ?
