How much does a good quality queen mattress. Havent bought one in 8 years and i think i need one now

I knew somebody that had one in storage and I got mine for free...just had to go pick it up. New I think they're like $500 & up.

I can't honestly remember exactly what I last paid, but I went to a Mattress Firm store and looked around. Low and behold, they had a section of returned mattresses. Mattresses that the customer got home and found they didn't like and returned. Every one of them looked brand new and still had a warranty, so I spent around $800 for a top of the line Queen size Serta pillow top... it was something like $1300 new.

I just bought 4 mattresses for my rental units and I can't remb but I think I paid 600 or 700 each. I wanted good quality but not top of the line. Serta I think.
Casper is fairly pricey but I have no experience with it.
