Do you ever just cry?

Do you ever just cry at random stuff? I have no idea why this made me so sad 😢.

I came across a video of a polar bear who had a tin can stuck in his mouth and the lid had cut his tongue.

I am sitting here crying my eyes out at this. A team of vets sedated him and treated him and released him back into the wild and he was okay.

It reminded me of the time I was pregnant and I saw a deer cross the road and her fawns got stuck on the other side and it just made me break down in tears and I was sobbing like someone died….so yah just me then lol.

I tear up when overwhelmed by emotions and it's so annoying. I just tell myself I'm emotionally messed up and probably should find some real problems to solve to occupy my mind. I think if I reserved some time for myself to cry, I could cry anytime but I never do that because I hate when I cry.

@CrazyMusicLover you shouldn’t hate when you cry. I think it’s a valid emotion and a good thing to get out.

@iamonfire696 People have little understanding for it. Then if I cry alone I end up with a nasty red nose and a headache for the rest of the day. I noticed I have a far stronger urge to cry than all people around me even when someone dies. I just feel like I'm an alien or something.

@CrazyMusicLover you aren’t an alien. I ugly cry like that too. Red nose, red puffy eyes, it’s a mess.

@CrazyMusicLover some people just can’t cry and let it out. Sometimes I can hold it in and other times I fail miserably.
