I'd love a calm peaceful environment where I can be just me for good. Unfortunately I'm stuck somewhere vile emotionally and mentally and silence doesn't exist there. I Just work always to stay away from thoughts which really affect me. I think part of me is corrupted & unrecoverable for good. Goal is to preserve what's left. Though sometimes I don't like silence from certain individuals but I can't do anything if that's all they give me. 😅

@SW-User It sounds like you're struggling with something. One can try to achieve inner silence, it's more important than outer silence I feel...
