I can be a dick at times

Yeah, I’m really self aware. I’m sure there are things I overlook when I comes to how I am, but for the most part I’m aware of how I behave and the reason(s) and if I don’t know the reason I’m big on finding out. I’ve had a therapist comment on how impressed she was with how self aware I am.

I'd like to say I'm self aware but I can also admit that I have blind spots. Even if I am not fully cognizant of them. I don't think anyone's lens is with obstructions based on our experiences.

I know exactly what you mean. I used to be like that. And I had to learn the hard way that it's best to stay silent. Sometimes we can mean well but ruin things for our loved ones by being defensive for them.

Self awareness has never been difficult for me. The difficult part is usually taking actionable steps where necessary.

I'm also judgy at times, and quick to anger if the timing is wrong. I hold anger for way too long. I'm not a nice person.
