What are you like when you get mad?

I've only been 100% mad a couple times in my life, one time in primary school I was on top of this kid hitting him for like 10 minutes and then the teacher dragged me off and I was hitting them.

The other time I don't remember very well but apparently my friend was being a jerk and I shouted at him/told him off so bad that nobody knew what to say after. Otherwise I just punch my table or something once in a blue moon if I'm genuinely mad which is rare. But yeah I kinda black out apparently haha.

Usually I can hold it in but if I get pushed too far I'll get very pissed and yell at who or what got me that way. Most times I just get mad at myself for putting or getting myself in a bad situation.
