What do you do on the days

When you feel like you don't matter. How does one even shake that feeling off?

It's been months now and I can never get that feeling off my chest or my head.

For me, I find I need to pull away from social media and make more of an effort to connect with others in my real life. It's quite the effort for me too since I am not the greatest at initiating anything when I feel depressed.

Have you considered being assessed for clinical depression? You definitely should consider getting all the support you can.
