When you were my age, was your energy like a bounce ball?

I can't commit to just one partner, I jump from liking my teacher to girls i find at the skatepark, and then at college... I feel like i don't understand how choosing a partner works, is it normal for my age? ( i don't have anything serious with them tho, just liking and crushing) How does this work?
