Is 5'3 considered tall?

Anything under 5’4” is petite. I use to be that height but now I’m 5’2” & 1/2. You lose height as you grow older sometimes. I liked being taller. You see the first three letters of petite? Yeah, you’re called precious and adorable. Oh well. There’s worse things I suppose.
