Yes, my mother-in-law is back in the hospital again and we saw her yesterday. She's weak and uncomfortable, but we were able to talk.
We got home and got a phone call from a friend of the family saying that his mother had died. She had seemed to be healthier than my mother-in-law but got sick very recently.
