Blocked users - is this a new feature?

Does anyone else see this on posts now? I used to see the tag of the person being replied to that was blocked or I would just see the comment without the tag.

Now I see @SW-User instead of the tag of the user who is blocked. I see this a lot on posts….

I thought that was for people who have deleted their account.

You wouldn't see them at all on your posts if they are blocked.
