Last year I started developing health problems. I had 2500 left from car wreck

I was having back problems since last year and develop bowel movements due to the lack of money to a see doctors. Well those 2500 dollars are gone now and my I have bowel movements problems, hyperacusis that hasn't been diagnose, and molar cavities when I crack two molars 2 years ago and my back. I needed that money. My brother told me he owes a lot of money to my dad and I think he owes my dad. and I think my dad loan him money because my brother got in debt by buying furniture they were gonna sue him 20,000 dollars over 800 dollar debt. He bought a 60,000 dollar sport chevy silverado. My body all kinds of messed up now.
