Do you actually receive helpful advice from here?

I feel so lost right now. Lost and alone. No clues as to my next move or what I should do. Asking around doesn't seem to help, feels like whenever I do so I'm just draining their energy. They usually have little to nothing to say. Either simply they don't have the answers and suggestions or rather they don't want to be involved. And I understand everyone has their own trials and tribulations they have to stumble through but a little effort would be appreciated.
